Adult iCare Kit

Know someone who has experienced sexual violence? Show them you care with an iCare Kit. You can also customize the note the survivor will receive with your kit.

iCare Kits serve a healing tool for survivors who may not have gone to the hospital for a PERK exam, and instead shared their story later.

iCare Kits include brand new items such as:

• A journal and pen
• A stress ball
• A Resource Card (list of helplines and tips)
• Freedom Bear – a plush, cuddly bear that serves as a counseling tool
• Personal, handwritten note (written by you or a volunteer)
• Pack of tissues
• Protection whistle
