hOur 2 Empower
Education | Empowerment | Service
Hour 2 Empower (H2E) is F2F’s premier, two-part, service-learning program.
Part 1: Participants learn about essential components of sexual violence prevention and response in an engaging educational presentation. Topic options cover a wide array of relevant issues such as consent, bystander intervention, supporting survivors, + more.
Part 2: Participants put their new knowledge into action by composing hand written notes of support and assembling AfterCare and/or iCare Kits for survivors. These F2F Kits are then donated to local service providers.

Empower 2 Go
Remote | Education | Service
Bring a F2F event to your area, no matter your distance. With this simplified service-learning program even small groups can coordinate and run their own, scaled down, Hour 2 Empower program. We make hosting a remote event easy by putting everything you need in one convenient package.

The Shadow Event
Healing | Compassion | Solidarity
This is a powerful, immersive, program focused on promoting survivor healing and inspiring compassionate action in attendees. This 90 minute event is centered on providing survivors a safe space to speak out.
Anonymous survivors are silhouetted behind a screen as they share their stories of pain, hope, and healing. Attendees discover the impacts of sexual violence and put their empathy into action by writing notes of support to the presenters.

Be the change - orientation program
Awareness | Community | Change
Fear 2 Freedom’s Be the Change Program, is a college freshman orientation program focused on sexual violence prevention. You can customize this program to seamlessly form to your current goals, needs, and programming.
